My desktop app randomly shuffles and mutes my music

My Question or Issue

Whenever I'm playing my music, the app randomly mutes itself and shuffles whatever album I'm listening to. I originally thought the issue lied with the app trying to sync with another device, but that was not the case. What can I do!

Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. We're happy to help.

 

Does this occur on one specific device or multiple devices?

 

In this case we suggest that you sign out everywhere to make sure you're not logged in on another device that someone else is using. It can happen if you for an example log in at a friend's or a family member's house and you've forgot to sign out and the account's in use from their end.

 

We also suggest that you try a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

If the issue persists - can you send us a screen recording? It will help us understand more directly what's going on from your end.
