For some time now I don't have the Play queue or the Messages bar.

(Mac OS X)

The Play Queue has moved.

Click the icon next to the shuffle and repeat buttons in the bottom right corner.

Message has also moved. Look for an inbox icon at the top right of Spotify near your username and profile picture.
