My Question or Issue

Recently the Songs section of My Library is empty and tells me to go to browse to add songs and when I do that it remains empty. I have songs saved on my account and can view them on my phone. I can see all my albums and artist I have saved. Songs I save on my computer do show up on my phone. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried logging out and back in. I have a good internet connection. The problem just wont stop.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? Sorry if this may sound a bit repetitive but if that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app by following these steps.

I'd recommend checking to make sure you're logged in to the right account. Also, check for any available updates 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
