New playlists not synchronized

New playlists not synchronized

Hi Spotify,

 

My newly created playlists on my mobile do not show in my Desktop Spotify.

How to reproduce:

1. Start Spotify on mobile

2. Create a new playlist, add songs

3. Start desktop computer, then start Spotify Desktop

4. The new playlist is not there 😞

5. Create another new playlist on Spotify Desktop > the missing playlist created on mobile finally shows up

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
