No Cache Folder for Spotify on my Mac?...

For the past couple of years the Spotify app that I downloaded from the website runs extremely slow on my Mac laptop. As in, it won't even fully load after 10mins from opening the app. I go to clear the "Caches" but there isn't a Spotify folder on my laptop. Not under Library and Caches. Even the folder that Spotify set for my offline songs to go doesn't exist. What's going on??? My cache folder for Spotify doesn't exist...

Yes, I'v reinstalled it several times.

Its been almost 3 years and nither Spotify or Apple has found a way to fix this. They really must not care wth.
