My Question or Issue

In the Spotify programm I can see the Sonos speakers, but I cannot connect myself to them from Spotify programm. When I try, it stops the music and doesn't connect. Everything seems to be well connected.
From Sonos programm no problem, but from Spotify programm I cannot.

I switched off several times the router / uninstall Spotify, reinstall it / switch off/on the mobile / uninstall Sonos, reinstall it . There is in my house only one WIFI network and everything is logged to it. In Spotify I can see the Sonos speakers/the name of my installation. When I am trying to connect, it writes "connection on going" but doesn't connect itself. I uninstall my speakers and reinstall them, Spotify worked some moments and then no more.

On the other way, by using Sonos I can use Spotify on my speakers. But direct from Spotify it doesn't work.

Hello,

 

By installing again the Sonos speakers, it is working again.
