My Question or Issue

I can no longer directly drag a song into a playlist on my desktop. Previously it was possible to drag a song you are listening into a playlist. The video shows how this was done before. Now you have to drag a song into the playlist in the left bar before you can add it. Is it possible to enable both options again?

It should still be possible to drag and drop the now playing song into a playlist, so we can try to help you get this sorted.

 

Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in? It's also a good idea to try to clear your cache to remove any old files that might be causing issues.

 

Also, I'm not able to access your video, so if your issue persists could you try sending/uploading it again?

Hi Elena,

Thank you for your reply. I tried it on another desktop computer and discovered that it's indeed still possible. Clearing the cache didn't work for me, but a re-install solved it. Thanks!
