My Question or Issue

When I try to play music from Spotify on my Mac, while connected to amp via bluetooth, no sound comes from amp, only from Mac. All other apps work, and Spotify connects from my iPhone, so the issue is obviously with Spotify on my Mac. 

 

I have updated both Mac and Spotify numerous times. Disconnected both, restarted, unplugged from electricity, made Mac forget this amp several times, etc. I've search here and the internet, but I've found no answers. This has now persisted for months, with several rounds of efforts to resolve the issue. What more can I do? 

 

And yes, I have made sure to close Spotify while disconnecting etc.

Hi there @llovdal,

 

Thanks for reaching out. What kind of amp are we talking about here? Does it happen only with this amp or do other devices show this behaviour? Consider performing a clean reinstall on your Mac if you haven't already, that can help alleviate a lot of issues.

My Question or Issue

I'm using Sony WH-CH510 Bluetooth headphones to play music on Spotify MacBook Air laptop. I can hear the music for a while, then I can hear the echo come through the headphones and then after that there's no sound at all unless I select audio input and output through settings again! This is getting really annoying!! 

Does anyone have ideas on how I can possibly fix this? Thanks!
