Not loading more than 620 songs

I use a Mac.  I have a free account.  I have 620 songs but it won’t let me load any more.  Is this the limit for a free account?

There's currently no specific limitation for free users for the number of tracks they can add/load in their library. Can you give us a bit more details about what is currently happening on your end so we can investigate this further? For example:

• Your exact OS and app versions.
• Where exactly are you having issues loading the tracks? Your Liked Songs or in a playlist?
• Are you seeing any error messages?
• Does this happen in the web player or the desktop app? (make sure to check both)

If possible, send us a few screenshots or a short video of how things look on your end and feel free to try any of the following troubleshooting steps in the meantime:

• Restart your router.
• Perform a full clean reinstall.
• Clear your Hosts file.
