Nothing is loading (images, songs, profiles)

On both premium and free plans, my Spotify on Mac will not load any images, (albums, songs, profile pictures, etc). Playlist I know have songs on them will tell me that they're empty. I can search up artists and songs but nothing will load. I cannot play any songs either. Issue has been happening over a year now, I haven't been using it since.

Could you confirm that this is just happening on your Mac and that you're not experiencing similar issues on any other device?

If so, do you mind trying the following:

• Performing a clean reinstall of the app following the steps listed here
• Trying out a different network connection
