Only able to import one iTunes playlist

I am attempting to switch over from Apple Music/iTunes to Spotify and want to import all my playlists from it.

I got to File -> Import Playlists -> iTunes.

It creates a folder called iTunes and places one playlist in it, with one grayed out song (presuming it's not available on Spotify), that same song is in the playlist in iTunes, so makes sense, but the rest of the songs from the list is missing. And it it's only one playlist out of probably a 30.

I also have a bunch of smart lists and some Apple Music playlists that I subscribe too, not sure if it's intented to be able to import those as well?

Anyone else experienced this?
