Play list missing

I've lost all previously saved playlists on my imac computer, but they are still on my ipad (same account name and password used).  When I add new music to the playlist, everything is being saved on both the computer and ipad.  In other words, all new music is being stored across both systems, but the older stuff is only on the ipad but not the computer.  How did this happen, and how can I change it?

It is crazy easy to make duplicate accounts.

You might have to contact spotify support to fix you account issues if this is a duplicate account problem. Please go to this url

and fill out the contact form. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community boards reply back to that email, even if it is from a noreply and a customer support rep will get with you shortly.

Thank you. I'll give it a try. I'm definitely using the exact same username and password for both, so things aren't making a lot of sense!
