Playlist Covers not saving in Catalina

I am having a bizarre issue that it appears other people have written in about as well, but I have been unable to find a fix. When I go to replace my cover art for a playlist (a 300x300 jpeg, original artwork, all other specs as noted by Spotify), it wont let me save it. The image uploads and displays as the cover in the edit window, but when I hit SAVE it says "Failed to Save Playlist Changes. Please Try Again" - I have tried again and again, have logged out and back in, and to no avail. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Could you try running a clean reinstall of the app, following the exact steps in this guide. This involves deleting the app data, which can sometimes cause issues such as this one.

If that doesn't work, you can try changing the playlist cover from the Web player.
