[Playlist Descriptions] Saving and editing descriptions translates special characters one way

I created a new playlist with a description using a special character (backslash /). When I edit the description after saving, it displays the HTML code / instead of /, and saving the edit leaves the HTML code rather than /.

Edit: Unicode Character code, not HTML

Having some background understanding of software development, this is likely the case for more special characters.
