Playlist deleted

Hi I have spotify premium and for some reason I logged on to my spotify a couple days ago and one of my playlists had dissapeard. It also deleted off my iPad, as well as my laptop but somehow still seems to be on my phone, although it won't let me add any songs or sync it offline. It had over 4000 songs and I'll be deviated if I've lost it. Please help as soon as possible
