Playlist pane doesn't simultaneously display "downloaded" & "playing" icons

What I'm seeing: When I'm playing music from a playlist, the "playing" icon (🔊) is displayed next to the playlist's name in the playlist pane. When I have a playlist downloaded, the "downloaded" icon (⬇️) is displayed next to the playlist name. However, when a playlist is both downloaded AND playing, only the "playing" icon (🔊) is displayed.

What I'd expect: When a playlist is both downloaded and playing, I would expect to see both the "playing" icon and the "downloaded" icon displayed next to the playlist's name in the playlist pane.
