Playlist picture sents back when I reopen the App

My Question or Issue

There was a different picture set to a playlist I made, even though I never change anything. I set a new password and logged out on all devices, because I thought that someone might have changed it. I changed the picture back to the original one I set but as soon as I re-open the Desktop Mac App, the picture is back to the one I didn't set.

Spotify has some ghosting issues which unfortunately seem to have no real solution yet.

For example, your profile would show every playlist that you follow in Safari Desktop browser even if you made them secret. 😟

Have you tried re-uploading to picture to see if it stays? 

If that doesn't help, we'd like to know if it happens with any other playlist as well and if it helps to try to change it using a different device.
