Plays wrong song, displays incorrect artwork

Is anyone else having an issue where they select to play one song and a completely different album begins to play? Then no matter which song I select, Spotify plays a different one by the same artist, telling me it's the one I selected. Also, incorrect artwork is displayed for that song. Once this begins, it persists until I restart.
