My Question or Issue

So I like to keep my podcast filter to "unplayed" for obvious reasons. But for some reason certain podcasts, like modern love, won't clear out. I've tried everything to get rid of them. I have reinstalled. Log out log back in. Anyone else have this issue? Its SO annoying.I've attached a screen shot.
