Premium User - Mac OS X - All playlists disappeared!

I am signed up through my Facebook account and the desktop app logged me out for some reason... When I could finally sign back in all of my playlists were gone! However they still show up for people who subscribe to them...

That error is normally caused when you have accidentally created a second spotify account. 

I would suggest you have a look at these two threads:

If neither of those help, I will escalate this thread to the staff and see if I can get someone to look into it for you 🙂

Mac OS X 10.8.2

 

Spotify 0.8.4.124

 

Now the iPhone app won't even let me log in.

 

The app is enabled through Facebook, and all friends show up normally in the Spotify app on the Mac. 

 

Very frustrating...

Excuse anything silly I say in this post, I have no experience at all with apple products!

Does it give you an error when you try and log in on your iPhone? 

 

Also can you log in to your account overview online just to verify your premium subscription is still active?

Yes my premium subscription is still active, I just verified.

 

The iPhone does give me an error... It says Account Merge Failed - "Sorry but we couldn't connect your Spotify account with Facebook. Please try again."

That error is normally caused when you have accidentally created a second spotify account.
