My Question or Issue.

Most of the time playlists are not loaded on iMac. Same happened with some artists/albums. Sometime it should take up to 10 minutes to load the list.

Please help to solve this.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

 

Try to disable Hardware Acceleration, just click on the spotify Menu in your Menu Bar next to the Apple Menu, just find Hardware Acceleration and next click on it to disable then confirm to restart Spotify.

Also, if you don't use local files try to disable them inside Settings.


If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

Reintsalled already today in the morning. Didn't solved the problem.
Acceleration desabled. Still the same.:( 
Local files... to be eannest, cant find it. If it "My music" - so this is desabled.

Does this happen if you use another internet connection?

Have you tried signing in with another Spotify account?

P.S. Local files are inside Settings right below the Facebook option:

nothing changes... all the same issue.
