My Question or Issue

I’ve been trying to upload a new profile picture, but every time I try to upload my picture, it gets rotated. I have tried updating Spotify, rotating pics manually & re-uploading, and finally realizing the image. All in which did not fix the problem. It would be greatly appreciated if this problem could be resolved. Thank you!

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. I'd also recommend to update to macOS Mojave 10.14.2 🙂

Could you check if your profile pic get's updated from your Spotify account page?

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I have restarted my system and reinstalled spotify, however it still has the same issue.
