Profile picture not updating

My Question or Issue

My account is connected to Facebook and I have changed my profile picture on my Facebook profile however my spotify profile does not display any photos and does not let me manually upload a photo.

Hi @jaz00, 

Can you check here if option to "Process my Facebook data" is enabled? If it is, please toggle it off and back on. 

If nothing changes I'd recommend clean reinstall of your Spotify app. It's different than regular reinstallation.
Just follow the steps provided in this Article. 

If this doesn't help, please check this ongoing issue.
If that's something you're experiencing, make sure to add your +VOTE there and provide all the information needed. That way you'll be notified with all the future updates on that case.
