Question about specific song

I have a question about a specific song. It's about "Soleil Soleil" from the artist "Ilya". For some reason I can't add the song to my "songs" since there is no + button and when I play it via Spotify Connect it won't play. It appears on my mac and iOS devices. I hope there is a little bug which can easily be fixed.

I just tested it and all is fine for me.

When you search 'Ilya', does the song appear in the section POPULAR without the + also ?
