Queue is not available for albums, not adding to queue list

I use the queue function constantly on Spotify, especially from the Discover page. But today it's not letting me queue entire albums, only songs individually, and even when I add a song to the queue it doesn't add to the queue playlist.

I've restarted the program a couple times, I have the most recent update, I am a premium subscriber, and it was working fine yesterday.

Anyone else having issues with this or know how to troubleshoot? Thanks!

Update: Weirdly, after waiting 15 minutes, all the functionality came back.
