Cant download Spotify on Mac OS 10.15.7

Hi, my MacBook air is the version of15.7.2, just redownloaded due to can not turn on the app anymore as well, but all shows up a black page and shutdown...why???? i've been listing on my laptop for years....

Just so you know, we've moved your post to a completely new thread, so we can review it with more detail (the issue you're mentioning now is different from the issue mentioned on that other post). First, let's try forcing quit the Spotify desktop app (you can use the Activity Monitor if necessary: Command + Space > search "Activity Monitor" > find "Spotify Helper (Renderer)" > quit the process). Then, you can perform a clean reinstall of the desktop app by following these steps:
 

1. Open Finder, then click on the Go menu in the top menu bar.
2. Hold down the Option (Alt) key and select Library from the menu that appears (the Library folder is usually hidden).
3. Navigate to the Caches folder and delete the com.spotify.Client and com.spotify.client.helper folders.
4. Go back to the main Library folder. Open Application Support and delete the entire Spotify folder.
5. Go to your main Applications folder, drag the Spotify app to the Trash, and empty the trash.
6. Restart your Mac.
7. Download and install the latest version of Spotify from the official website.
