Spotify painfully slow to start up

Memory 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Software completely up to date

I have been waiting in black the entire time it too me to read this entire thread and add this post.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. We moved your post to a different thread as it seems you're experiencing a different issue. 

Could you let us know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update either of Spotify or the OS of your PC? 

On another note, we'd like to know which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far so we can avoid repeating them. If you haven't tried performing a clean reinstall, we suggest that you do so by following these steps.
