My Question or Issue

Im having the same issue as others, i open the app and no new music can be found. My playlists appear, but I cant search, theres nothing in albums or artists etc etc

Yes ive reinstalled, yes ive cleared everything first, yes Ive rebooted.

Whats going on!

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

Can you perform a clean reinstall? This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

Also - does this occur on one specific device or multiple devices?
