Same song keeps being added to my playlist and I can't stop it

I created a playlist a few years ago and the first song I added was "Hooked on a Feeling" by Blue Swede. The playlist now has more than 6 hours of music. The problem? The same song (Hooked on a Feeling) keeps adding itself to the playlist every single day. Whenever I enter to the playlist I find that the song is repeated at the end of the playlist. Every now and then I have to enter and delete ten, twenty, fifty times the same track. Years have passed and I couldn't find the answer to the problem. YES, I COULD CREATE A NEW PLAYLIST, but that doesn't explain the issue.

Any ideas?

Do you use Shazam app on any of your devices?

No, not currently. Maybe I did have Shazam back in 2017 (when I created the playlist) but not now.
