Save songs for offline on phone but not on computer

I have songs downloaded onto my phone for offline play. However, on my Macbook the same songs downloaded onto my laptop for offline play. I do not want songs downloaded onto my computer because I'll always be using it with internet connection, and the song storage takes up valuable hard drive storage on my computer. Is there a way for me to not have songs downloaded for offline play on my computer, while preferrably keeping them downloaded on my phone?
