Shuffle turns itself back on..

Listening on my Macbook Air (OS X El Capitan) Desktop version and every time I turn the shuffle function off it will turn itself back on when a song ends, when i change the song, and when i pause the song, If I pause the song and hit shuffle it will turn back on upon unpausing the song. It's not the most annoying thing in the world, i just have noticed that it's been broken lately and wanted to make it known what I've been noticing.
