I just installed it and came out with such a page, I have seen many replies, close the network, reopen and many. How to solve it?

Would you mind trying with a different internet connection to see if the issue persists? You can try creating a hotspot on your phone and using that.

On another note, we suggest that you check your firewall and make sure Spotify is set as an exception.
