Some tracks doesn't play on Mac desktop application

I'm having problems to play some tracks on MacBook Pro, the tracks works fine on iPhone instead.  Since I'm having this problem from more than one month I asked a friend to test the track on his mac and it play well.

Hi @Luiskuba, thanks for writing!

 

In your Mac, please go to:

Library/Application Support/Spotify

 

Then deleted everything in that Spotify folder and restart the Spotify app. It will make you sign back in but everything should work just fine then.

I previously did the whole procedure. In any case, I noticed that it's a proxy configuration problem that I haven't solved yet.
