Hello, since Friday the 13 I have been unable to access Spotify in both the web player and laptop application. I have tried all these solutions that I found in other posts but nothing has worked. I restarted my laptop and nothing. I reinstalled the app and nothing. I updated my operating system to macOS Big Sur and nothing. I logout from all devices from the Spotify website and logged back in and nothing. I cleared my caches and nothing. I am starting to get really frustrated :(( Is there a phone number I can call to get support?

Another useful step to take is to remove any hosts files. You can do that by following the steps bellow:
