Sometimes Songs will start at random points

I've had this happen on multiple Mac Computers.

I've attached a screen recording of it happening.

Hey @driven4rhythm! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

That doesn't look cool.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

What else have you tried in order to fix this problem? And have you tried to use a different account to see if that happens there too?

Let me know how it goes!

Peace

Like I said this is on multiple Mac Computers and has happened for at least 6 months intermitantly. I don't have access to multiple accounts so I wouldn't know how to test this.

@driven4rhythm

Sorry, for the delay.

I've escalated your issue to support.

I will reply on this thread with soon. ^^

Peace

@driven4rhythm

Please let me know the following details:

Could you check if your Crossfade enabled?

Does this happen when choosing the next song in a certain playlist? If yes, please include the URI of that specific playlist in your next reply.

Be sure to check if the issue still occurs after disabling Crossfade

Thanks!

Peace

I'll report back the next time this happens to me. It's hard to recreate and random.

URI - spotify:user:spotify:playlist:37i9dQZF1DWXLeA8Omikj7

Crossfade is not on.

More random details:

- When I hit next, the song will start at (for example) 1:04, 0:06, 0:09, 0:23, 0:20

Another URI - spotify:user:spotify:playlist:37i9dQZF1DX4dyzvuaRJ0n
