Song has been playing for 700+ minutes with no sound

Using web player (Google Chrome, MacBook) and the current song (that I didn't even select) has been playing for 700+ minutes and counting without sound.. And won't let me select any other songs. No other buttons work (i.e. Pause, next song, playing other songs, taking off loop). I've cleared my cache, browser history, wiped the cookies, etc. and nothing is working. Please help! 😞 

Ps. I had the app, but something accidentally was cleared from my MacBook and prevents the app from working, so that unfortunately can't be a solution.

It's still going! Now up to 3100+ minutes! SOS.

Mine did the same thing Wednesday 11-29 and it was still locked up Friday. When I opened it today everything was working again.
