Song not playing

Hi team,

the following song is not playing on mac Desktop or Mobile app (ios)

spotify:track:5NPadEsM9AGcDhk4QW6cUv

All other songs in that artists album play back ok. Only the desktop app reports an error message.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Yes did all of that already (2 devices) but its not making a difference.

ios 12.1. and mac os 10.13 used with the latest spotify app versions

Could you try it with another Spotify account to see if that helps?

Also, if possbile, please try to update to iOS 12.1.4 and macOS 10.14.3 🙂
