Song stuck in library

My Question or Issue

One of my favorite artists released a song about a month ago, initially this song was not available on Spotify. I found a playlist that had the song on it, but the song was grayed out. My thought was that the song was unavailable in my country at that time, so I saved the song to my library by clicking the + icon. I assumed that, when the song would become available, it would be added to my library.

Now that the song is available on Spotify, it did not become available in my library. It is still grayed out. I did manage to add the song through the artists page, but the "old" entry is still there and I cannot remove it. If I click the X in the list, nothing happens.

After searching, the only thing I found was something about turning off local files. I checked and that setting is turned off. I have attached a screenshot for reference.
