Songs are lost in my playlist

Songs are lost in my playlist

My Star's (selection) playlist goes down (number decreases) a few months ago. And yesterday the number decreases about one (566 > 565). Can you help me to refined the songs ?

Maybe I removed the songs by accident or you removes them for legal reasons but I want to retrieve them.

Could you help me please ?

Are you sure the tracks just haven't become unavailable and therefore hidden? 

 

If you go to Edit/Spotify > Preferences > Playback > Untick "Hide Unplayable Tracks" then navigate back to your playlist can you see the tracks but they aren't playable?

No, I'm sure, the tracks dissapeared even with no-hidden track option.

All I can suggest is if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they might be able to restore them for you manually. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
