Songs in deluxe edition albums cant be played in offline mode

i am a premium user but i cannot download and play songs that included within deluxe edition albums in offline mode. why is this happening?

For example:

in the attachment, same song from 2 different albums, "there's nothing holding me back" by shawn mendes, the one within deluxe edition version cant be downloaded and also is not available in offline mode. it is really annoying
