Could you give us more information on how many songs there are in the affected playlist? Are you using an account with or without a Premium subscription?
This will help us narrow down on the possible causes.

I had this exact same issue, which is how I ended up on this thread. After some poking around, I finally realized that a playlist of 100 songs that I queued several days ago was still in the queue, so every time my current song (from a different playlist) ended, it went back to my queue, instead of the rest of that playlist. I cleared the queue and can finally play my playlists in order again. Hope this helps!
