Just to confirm does this only occur when using our Web Player or when using the desktop app as well?
If you're having troubles playing music only from our Web Player, we'd recommend first clearing your browser's cache and cookies memory to see if that does the trick.
We'd also suggest taking a look at this Spotify Answer. It provides additional steps to try in order to troubleshoot this.
However, if that also happens when using the desktop app, it'd be helpful if you could give it another try connected in a different internet connection. If it works with another connection, we recommend contacting the service provider of the original network for more information.
