Would you mind letting us know if you're using the desktop app? If so, we'd suggest performing a clean reinstall. This is different than simply reinstalling and can be very helpful for clearing any cache that might be causing issues. It will also ensure that you get the latest app version.

In case this doesn't work, could you send over the exact Spotify version you're running? We'll take a deeper look.
