Spotify 1.0.65.320 sluggish on MacOS 10.13

Hi,

I've just updated Spotify to the latest version and it's slooooooowww! It takes a few seconds to respond to every click. The streaming is normal however. 

The previous version was just fine, i'll try to revert to it.
