Spotify 1.1.15.448.g00fba0e3 on Mac OS 10.14.6 Keeps Crashing

My Question or Issue

Spotify keeps closing/crashing. It somestimes crashes after a minute other times after a few minutes. When I reopen the volume is usually turned all the way up. 

I have tried reinstalling Spotify using the instructions here https://support.spotify.com/us/using_spotify/troubleshooting/reinstallation-of-spotify/

I went into System Preferences -> Accessibility and added Spotify.

I disabled hardware acceleration. 

None of the above have fixed it.

Could you try using the Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline Devices from your Spotify account page?

@Loxar Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, signing out everywhere and removing all offline devices did not help. I did that and the Spotify app crashed after a few minutes of playing.
