Spotify Account does not show Hearts like new Accounts.

My Spotify account (only desktop) still shows the + symbol to add music to the library instead of hearts and Follow button on playlists instead of Hearts.

I haven't seen the hearts in de desktop version of Spotify yet, and I don't know anyone who has had a user interface like that.

This sounds like a good idea though. I’d suggest starting a new thread in the Community Ideas Exchange.

Actually new accounts have the heart feature on desktop

Maybe Spotify is rolling out the new feature, and it may take some time for us to get it. I'd suggest you wait a bit longer and then enjoy the feature as it rolls out!
