Spotify client for OSX has been using 100% CPU for a few months and its un-acceptable.

 

My previous post was merged into https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Mac-High-CPU/idc-p/4853578#M94850 and was flagged as solved.

However, the solution posted in this thread has been common knowledge in these forums. It is not helpful in my case.

 

As instructed in the closed thread, I am starting a new thread as the issue is not resolved.

Stiff facing the issue. Havent used the spotify osx application in months. Is anyone at spotify looking into this?
