Spotify Connect to Sonos Play 3 Stoped working.

My Question or Issue

Since the latest update I don't seem to be able to use spotify connect to connect to a sonos Play 3.  It's just greyed out and says "connecting" and then gives up after a while.  Hover over it and it says "spotify is not active on this device".  Painful.  really painful.  Happens on my andoird phone and on my desktop Macbook pro mid 2010.
