Spotify Frozen

Idrk what is happening with my spotify but it's frozen. Whenever I play a song, the tab doesn't change, and whenever I try to switch the song, pause or change the volume, it does nothing. I need help with this please. I already tried restarting my computer, deleting and redownloading. Idk what to do

Please could you try disabling Hardware Acceleration for me?

It should help you fix your issue. Just look at the image attached and untick Hardware Acceleration.

I know you did that once but just try a quick clean reinstallation of the appreinstall. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I managed to solve this problem using CleanMyMac X to perform a fully uninstall of spotify, and then I install it again!
