I deleted the app and reinstalled the app, then I restarted (rebooted) my wife's iPhone 7 256gb at 27% battery. Turned the app back on and it's working fine. I don't know how long this will last because the problem comes back in a couple days. I'm "this" close to closing my Spotify account, it's not worth the monthly payment I'm making for this app. Total BS if you asked me.
Mine says being used in another location but I know it’s not. I do not have the option to log out of all other devices in my account settings. I am on a family plan but we each have our own accounts and no one else uses mine. I’m stumpped.
